§ 31.26. PUBLIC UTILITIES RESPONSIBILITY.

Public utilities are not exempt from the responsibility for the replacement of street trees which must be removed in order to maintain utility lines. Species, spacing and size requirements of §§ 31.18 and 31.19 must be adhered to.
