§ 95.02. EXCEPTIONS AND EXEMPTIONS.

Nothing in this chapter is intended to prohibit:

(A) Fishing, trapping or other conduct authorized under I.C. 14-22, except as expressly prohibited under § 95.15;

(B) Conduct authorized under I.C. 15-5-7;

(C) Veterinary practices authorized by standards adopted under state law;

(D) Slaughtering and butchering of livestock for meat;

(E) Euthanasia of aged, infirmed or unwanted animals to prevent their suffering; or

(F) Any conduct toward an animal as expressly authorized in this chapter or another town ordinance or a statute.
