§ 50.09. TRASH COLLECTION; FEE.

The Town of Akron shall provide curbside or roadside trash collection service to commercial and residential entities located within the geographical limits of Akron. The charge for basic service is $3 per bag of trash, and the town may limit the size of a collected bag.
