§ 51.087. SANITARY SEWAGE SERVICE RATE BASIS.

Except as otherwise provided by §§ 51.089 through 51.092, the sewage rates and charges shall be based on the quantity of water used on or in the property or premises subject to such use. The charges apply only to the discharge of any sewage, wastes or unpolluted waters into the town's sanitary or combined sewers where the effluent is subject to treatment by the town. The charges do not apply to the discharge of unpolluted waters into the town's storm sewers or drains.
