§ 113.01. POOL/BILLIARD TABLE LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to run, manage or control any pool or billiard table or tables in any room in the town for the purpose of hire or pay, without having obtained a license so to do, as hereinafter provided.
